Cesar Ritz Colleges Bouveret

Established in 1982, César Ritz Colleges Switzerland (CRCS) is a Swiss hospitality school that is housed in two campuses in Le Bouveret and Brig, Switzerland.

It offers a one-year master's degree in international business in entrepreneurship awarded in partnership with the University of Derby (UK), a BA (Honours) in culinary arts, a bachelor's of international business in hotel and tourism management, and an MA in entrepreneurship.

It admits 800 students per academic year, of whom a substantial number of them are foreign nationals.    

The main campus at Le Bouveret is situated on Lake Geneva's shores, while the Brig campus is in a small town in the Rhone Valley at the Alpine foothills.

Under the Swiss Education Group, there are four hospitality schools, one of which is CRCS. 

Named after an hotelier in Switzerland, César Ritz also offers a one-year Swiss Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts and Pastry and certificate courses in English Foundation Program and Wine Business Management.

The Le Bouveret campus also houses the Mosimann Collection: A Culinary Heritage. 

CRCS provides students with sporting facilities like ski trips, snowshoe trips, sports days, and bungee jumping and paintball, among others.

It organizes extracurricular activities, aids students in counseling, and fosters a multicultural and inclusive learning environment.

César Ritz Colleges is accredited by the International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE), Swiss Hotel School Association (ASEH), Eduqua, and TedQua.

The school has partnerships with Switzerland Tourism, Comité Champagne, Evian Resort, and Ritz Paris.
