Eligibility criteria for NB PNP

• 22-55 years of age
• Job offer for full-time and/or permanent employment from an NB employer.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Required scores in a language proficiency test.
• An intention of living and working in New Brunswick.
• Valid work permit and other associated documents.
• Proof of legal residence in their home country.

	Full-time permanent job offer from an eligible New Brunswick employer and a letter of support from them
	A high school diploma is equal to a Canadian credential
	19-55 years of age
	Valid language test scores in either English or French equal to Canadian Language Benchmark Level 4 (CLB 4).
Business Immigration Stream	Eligible connection to New Brunswick to submit an Expression of Interest
	An academic degree from a recognized college or university with at least three years of full-time study;
	Proof of funds of at least $600,000 CAD. At least $300,000 CAD of the net worth must be readily available and unencumbered
	22-55 years of age
	Valid language test scores in either English or French equal to Canadian Language Benchmark Level 5 (CLB 5).
Strategic Initiative Stream	Intention to reside in New Brunswick

	A foreign high school diploma is equal to a Canadian credential

	Willing to apply for Canada PR within 90 days of the temporary work permit application expires.
NB Critical Worker Pilot	An employer-driven stream based on targeted recruitment for skilled workers and, therefore, candidate applications to the pilot are made through the participant employer.
Private Career College Graduate Pilot Program	Students who do not qualify for the Pilot are encouraged to review other New Brunswick provincial immigration programs and streams.
