How to Apply for a UAE Work permit

The process of applying for a UAE work permit can be divided into 3 stages. They are:

  • Obtaining an employment entry visa
  • Obtaining an Emirates ID card or Resident Identity Card
  • Gaining a work permit and residence visa

UAE work permit

To apply for a UAE work permit, you must meet the following requirements:

  • The minimum age is 18.
  • Must have current employer’s business license.
  • You must maintain the law.
  • The work you undertake must be in accordance with the nature of your employer’s business.
