Y-Axis Cleared My Confusion Regarding Visa Process

Y-Axis, I believe the way worked with me to complete this. Initially i was getting more puzzled/fuzzy on the questions & way they worked. It was tough to understand them , but later stages i got the reason, they being rigid in following their defined process. Today, they changed my way of understanding them. They aligned my case into a presentable case. They acted well and worked with me as a team to achieve. Thanks to Srini, Abitha, Sushma, Lateef.....
