I have known Md Afzal to be an extremely dedicated and client oriented person. Ever since he was assigned to me as a consultant for Australian Immigration, he has been on the spot with all the updates, foresighted in his approach for requirements and realistic in expectation settings. I don't recall any instances where his forecast for certain requirements or significant communications from the relevant authorities missed. There were times when I thought he was being uptight with regards to my documentation but I realized later that it was actually for my own benefit.
