King’s College London, UK

King’s College Londonreferred to as King’s or KCL, is a public university in London, England. Established in 1829, it has five campuses: Strand Campus, Guy’s, St Thomas’, Waterloo, and Denmark Hill, which are spread across London. It also operates from Shrivenham, Oxfordshire, to provide professional military education, and one in Newquay, Cornwall, where it has its information service center.

It has nine faculties, in which there are many departments, research divisions, and centers. Its largest library is Maughan Library. Besides it, it houses nine other libraries.

King’s College London offers 180 courses for undergraduate students from overseas. Moreover, it offers students several courses across 17 disciplines in master’s, executive masters, and postgraduate (diploma and certificate courses) courses. Campuses of King’s College London

King’s College London has five campuses. The following are the details of the campuses:

Denmark Hill Campus– Here, the Institutes of psychology, psychiatry, and neuroscience are housed along with the Weston Education Centre, Cicely Saunders Institute, and the Social Genetic.

Guy’s Campus– It houses Greenwood Theatre, Henriette, Raphael Building, Britannia House, Guy’s Hospital, Hodgkin Building, Science Gallery London, Shepherd’s House, and New Hunt’s House along with the Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine, and the Dental Institute.

St Thomas Campus- It houses the medical and dental department and also a museum dedicated to Florence Nightingale.

Strand Campus– It houses the arts and sciences colleges of King’s College London, Bush House, Somerset House East Wing, King’s Building, The Exchange, Virginia Woolf Building, and Strand Building.

Waterloo Campus- Housed on this campus are the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery, Waterloo Bridge Wing, Franklin Wilkins Building, Franklin-Wilkins Building, and James Clerk Maxwell Building.

Admissions at King’s College London

Foreign students who plan to enroll in King’s to study UG degree and who have pursued a national high school diploma not considered equal to the UK A will have to complete a King’s International Foundation to assure themselves a place in the UG diploma of King’s.
