The University of Warwick, a public university, is located on the outskirts of Coventry, England. Founded in 1965, its main campus was spread over 720 acres. In addition to it, it has a satellite campus in Wellesbourne and a base at the Shard in London. It has three faculties in arts, science, engineering and medicine, and social sciences that offer 32 departments.

According to QS 2023 rankings, the University of Warwick is placed at #64 globally and it is ranked at #78 in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2022. 

The Campuses of the University of Warwick 

While the main campus is at Coventry, it has three smaller campuses located adjacent to each other-Gibbet Hill campus, Lakeside & Cryfield campus, and Westwood & Science Park.

The campus houses Warwick Arts Centre, one of the largest art centers in the UK, where students can watch movies, performing & visual arts.

The Students’ Union of the university arranges events and entertaining night-outs to allow students to interact better and check out their hands at other activities. The university houses over 250 student societies and 65 sports clubs.

The university offers on-campus and off-campus housing options to students with more than 7,000 rooms and over 400 properties that are managed by the university. The university’s housing contract ranges from six and half months to eleven months depending on the applicant’s choice.
