RMIT University, officially the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, is a public university in Melbourne, Australia.

Founded in 1887, RMIT became a public university in 1992. Its main campus is located in Hoddle Grid in Melbourne. It also houses two satellite campuses in Brunswick and Bundoora. In Asia, it has two campuses in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, both in Vietnam, besides teaching partnerships in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
