At first i wasnt confident about the process and very stressed for how to make my skills assessment clear but y axis helped me in a way that each and every step for me became hassel free and moreover inspite of me being overreacted at the times they were calm and good towards me thats the imp and best thing about y axis. over all, i really thank from bottom of my heart. cheers mate.
