Hi Sohini, I received my PR this morning and I don't want to forget the fact that YOU are the main reason behind it. You were so patient and nice to me even when I shouted at you and never showed any frustration on me. You did a great job with files and documents. I was quite unreasonable to you because of the change in things even then you listened to me patiently and made sure that you gave me all the information and help possible from your end.
