The Consultant Is Always Giving Information on Timely Manner

Just wanted to add some points for my journey with Y-Axis. Last year, the start with Y-Axis was not that good for CIC FSW application.I got delayed in responses , clarifying the doubts and so on but have got support from Cristofer/ Sweta [Mumbai Office].But this year it is going smother than last year when I have applied in Express Entry through new process consultant "Annapoorna Avadhanam". She is quite proactive and always giving information on timely manner.I hope this relation will go on in the same manner. Thanks
