Under Australian law, Immigrants arriving in Australia must identify themselves by providing certain information through passenger or arrival cards. An Australian immigration arrival card can be the passenger card that identifies the passenger’s identity and entry into the country.
The passenger must complete an incoming passenger (IPC) before entering Australia. IPCs are issued to the passenger before arrival or to the Australian Border Force at the terminal.
