The Estonian Riigikogu board decided to take into its proceedings a law of amendments to the Aliens Law that will create the EU blue card system which enables to work in high qualification jobs and move to another member state for the same aim, Äripäev.ee/LETA reports.
The aim of the bill that was initiated by the government on Thursday is to take over into domestic legislation the EU Council directive about entrance of citizens of third states to a country with the aim of a job that requires high qualification and about their conditions of living there.
