I was born in a small town in India to an army officer father and a homemaker mother. But, as my father's work needed to be done at various places in the country, we also traveled with him. For this reason, I always had to go to different schools and make new friends. As an introvert, I frequently faced issues getting along with new people. This is how I got into other co-curricular activities and started learning various languages for enjoyment. And, in no time, I was fluent in almost all the regional languages we had moved to.
I chose Arts as my major in school and completed my graduation and master's in the English language with flying colors. I completed my advanced French language level along with my graduation and post-graduation. I had to travel to other cities and move away from my parents to pursue my higher studies.
I got offered a job referred by one of my French teachers. The job position was of an interpreter for a big French multinational company entering into a joint venture with an Indian multinational company. So, I had to look after all the official communication between the two companies. But then the pandemic happened, and I returned home to my parents. There I learned about one of my father's a friend who is now settled in Canada and told him how people like me with a good command of the language are welcomed in the country.
While staying with my parents, I left that job and started working as a teacher at a nearby school. And while teaching there, I realized that I have an excellent potential to teach people and started doing my bachelor's in education. And after two years, I could complete my degree and got a job in the best school in the town.
However, I wanted to go to Canada and try my luck there. Therefore I contacted the world's top immigration company, Y-Axis, to help me with my permanent resident application in Canada. They were so helpful in the entire process that I could concentrate more on knowing about the country.
Y-Axis guides you through the entire Express Entry system that has been established to fill labor shortages in the country by inviting immigrants. The Express Entry has been introduced by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) in the year 1994.
Let’s discuss all the assistance they provide in details!
My parents had always supported all my decisions, even when I made them impulsively, as they always believed in me. I finally received the invitation to apply from the IRCC and was so thankful to everyone in my life for making it smoother. I was also grateful to my teacher in the French class for referring me to the company where I have worked for two years and have gained so much learning and experience.
With all the support from Y-Axis, I completed the Canada PR application. They have been so supportive in the entire process, but I want to mention their job search service, which was the best. They have worked hard to get me the most suitable job matching my qualifications and experience.
It took me a total of six months to reach Ottawa. It is the capital city, and the school that offered me a job is renowned. I have been appointed as a language teacher here. My mother accompanied me here, and we lived at our father's friend's place till I could get decent accommodation.
It has been a few months since I have been living in the country, and it has been excellent. The people, the scenic beauty, and the well-managed system are worth mentioning. I have never felt more confident in my life before. And, thanks to Y-Axis for all their services, along with the post-landing services. I will be indebted to them forever!
