The employment rate increased by 5.6% in October compared to the immigrants who were admitted to Canada in the last 5 years. The current unemployment rate is remaining the same at 5.2% in October, though there was a growing number of employees of 110,000.
Most of the growth of the jobs in Canada in October was from the private sector.
The employment among core working ages between 25 to 54 has increased whereas the Gen Zers, older workers, baby boomers, and young workers’ job numbers remain the same.
