528 immigration candidates were invited in SINP Draw

SASKATCHEWAN PNP DRAW The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) held its draw on September 8, 2021. The SINP invited 528 candidates to apply for Invitations to Apply (ITA).

The minimum score required for this draw is 66 points as per Saskatchewan’s Expression of Interest (EOI) ranking system. In this SINP draw, there are 16 eligible occupations for every category. Both groups also needed Educational Credential Assessments to demonstrate their foreign education when compared to the Canadian standard. Saskatchewan’s Express Entry subcategory  The Express Entry subcategory is an enhanced Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), meaning it is linked to the federal Express Entry system. Express Entry manages the pool of candidates for three main programs. These include: Candidates who have registered their Express Entry profiles and EOI profiles for Saskatchewan are considered to receive the ITAs in the provincial nomination. Express Entry candidates who received the provincial nomination from Saskatchewan and are awarded extra 600 points to their Comprehensive Ranking System score. These extra points will ensure the chances to apply for Canadian permanent residence. Occupations In-Demand subcategory The Occupations In-Demand subcategory is a PNP-based program and allows immigration candidates who do not have an Express Entry profile. This sub-category is especially for highly skilled workers having experience in an in-demand occupation list in Saskatchewan, without any job offer in the province. To apply for Canadian immigration through the Occupations In-Demand sub-category, migrants need to create an EOI profile by following the procedures in SINP’s online application system. The EOI system of Saskatchewan permits the province to select candidates who can thrive in Saskatchewan. Candidates will be segregated based on their
