Visa category

How to apply for the visa

Skilled Independent Visas (189)

This Subclass 189 visa is for workers who want to settle in Australia permanently. It is for immigrants who want to work and reside in Australia permanently without any sponsor. The skilled worker should acquire 65 points to be selected.

Skilled nomination visa (190)

Subclass visa 190 is for skilled workers who want to migrate to Australia. The individual must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency or sponsored by an eligible agency. The skilled worker should have a minimum of 65 points.

Skilled regional visa (491)

Temporary Skill Shortage-Medium Term Stream (482)

Employer Nomination Scheme visa (186)

 Employer-nominated skill visa is for skilled workers who want to work in Australia. Experienced workers can apply for permanent residency through employment opportunities.

Distinguished Talent visa: 

This is a permanent visa for workers globally recognized because of their exceptional achievements in professions, sports, the arts, or academics academics and research.

Temporary skill shortage visa (TSS visa)

This visa is for individuals who are able to work between 2 and 4 years based on the employer's requirements

Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa

This permit is for temporary residents who want to reside in Australia for a short period of time

Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) visa:
