IRCC held its first Express Entry draw of April on April 12, 2023. Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada issued 3,500 ITAs to candidates with a CRS cut-off score of 486. It was an all-program draw, and candidates were considered from the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
