Job outlook in UK, 2023

The United Kingdom has vast openings in various sectors across its counties. Around 13 Million job vacancies are empty by the end of the year. The current unemployment rate is 3.7% as of November 2022 end. The counties London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Reading, Bristol and Bath, Birmingham, and Brighton have high vacancies in various sectors like IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Finance & Accounting, etc. More than 500,000 foreign immigrants migrated to the UK by June 2022.

 

The UK has processed 277,000 study visas and 151,000 work visas for immigrants worldwide. The country has increased its immigration allocation to allocate empty job vacancies to foreign immigrants. To attract more foreign immigrants, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has relaxed some of the immigration policies for the UK. Apart from this, he has announced 3000 visas for outstanding young Indian professionals per year under UK-India Young Professionals Scheme.

This Scheme allows Indian graduates between 18 to 30 years of age to live and work in the UK for two years. The UK is the best place for working in its co-working spaces and benefits of well-being.
