Quebec's Arrima draw invites 517 candidates

The Quebec Ministry of Immigration has released the details of the Arrima draw held on September 2, 2021. In this Quebec has invited 517 immigration candidates to apply for permanent residency. This fourth round of invitations held via Arrima expression of interest system This is the fourth round of invitations held over the past four weeks under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP). The MIFI (Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration) has issued these 517 invitations under Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP) with a score of at least 499 in the Arrima pool.

The latest Arrima draw sent invitations to the candidates having a valid job offer outside the Montréal Metropolitan area. This draw also invited candidates who have work experience in the jobs having high demand in Quebec. The following is the list of targeted occupations provided by the Quebec government:

After following several months of invitations sent out monthly, Quebec is setting up a record in issuing large numbers of invitations through Arrima every week. This is the ninth draw in Quebec this year, making a total of 2,664 candidates. Till now, 2,664 candidates are invited to apply for permanent selection by Quebec. About Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP) The Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP) is for skilled workers who are willing to migrate and have a settled life in Quebec. This QSWP especially encourages skilled workers and international graduates. If the candidate is willing to settle in Quebec, then the profile of the applicant will be assessed under a different system compared to other provinces in Canada. The applicants who are invited to apply for permanent selection should complete the process within six months, which will start from the date of application submitted to process the application.
