Visa subclass 186 is an Employer employer-sponsored visa; here, applicants are selected by sponsored employers to work in Australian states or territories. The applicant should be less than 45 years of age to apply for subclass 186.
Subclass 186 visas, also known as Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visas are permanent residency visas for skilled workers. This visa is available for temporary residents who are already living and working in Australia, and for those living outside Australia. The Skilled Nominated 190 Visa or Subclass 190 is a points-tested visa for foreign skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian State or Territory government. Skilled Nominated Visa applicants must obtain a minimum of 65 points on a point’s assessment, be under the age of 45 years, and must be nominated by a State or Territory government in Australia.
