All candidates applying for a PR visa need to arrange proper certifications, give accurate personal information, and answer without stressing too much. 

The other things you need to keep in mind are as follows. 

  • Get to the interview's location early and keep calm before it starts.
  • Be professionally dressed for the interview.

  • What religious views do you hold? Answer truthfully.

  • What would you like to do in your spare time? State your hobbies and other interests.  
  • Have you had any other name besides your present name? Answer accordingly.
  • Have you traveled overseas before? Answer honestly.
  • Tell us about yourself. Answer accordingly.
  • Have you undergone treatment for any significant mental or physical illnesses? Be as truthful as possible. If you do not have any criminal cases registered against you, you have nothing to worry about. 
  • Why did you choose the particular province/city to migrate to? State the reasons that should seem reasonable. 
  • Rate your English or French abilities in writing, reading. and speaking. Answer accordingly,
  • What is your source of income? State your profession and ensure that you make enough income to qualify for the PR status.
  • What is your marital status? If yes, what is the occupation of your spouse do and how many children do you have? Answer honestly. 
  • What are Canada’s provinces, its major cities, and who are its main leaders? Prepare for them in case you do not know them.
  • Name famous Canadians and the country’s main attractions. Prepare for them in case you do not know them.
  • What are the approximate living costs in Canada? It varies from one province to another, and the cost of living is higher in major cities such as Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, etc. 
  • Do you have any close family members or friends in Canada? In case you have stated that you have close family members or friends in Canada, you need to provide their names and contact details.
