Express Entry PNP only draw with Second-lowest CRS score

On November 10, 2021, Canada held five Express Entry draws in a row and targeted PNP candidates. A total of 775 Express Entry candidates were invited to apply for permanent residence. The invited candidates have already received nominations through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Hence, they will get an extra 600 points. In these draws, the minimum cut-off score is 685. In the recent draws, the IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) has targeted only PNP candidates from the Express Entry pool.   From January 2021, IRCC started targeting CEC (Canadian Experience Class) candidates and PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) candidates. But the CEC is for the candidates already in Canada. In order to fill the labor market demands, so it is now focusing on PNP candidates outside Canada.
