ALBERTA PNP Draw In the recent draw held on October 26, 2021, Alberta invited 248 candidates with the minimum score for the sixth time in a row. The western Prairie Province has invited Express Entry candidates with a minimum of 300 to apply for the provincial nomination program. These candidates are invited under Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP), and selected candidates have at least 300 in the Express Entry pool. From January 2021 to date, Alberta has invited 6,158 Express Entry candidates to apply for provincial nomination after the pandemic hiatus. The candidates who received the invitations to apply for a nomination certificate are eligible to apply for the permanent residency application. In 2021, Alberta issued 6,250 nomination certificates since it has issued fewer invitations to apply than allocated. Alberta Express Entry Stream  The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) has an enhanced stream called the Alberta Express Entry stream. This allows the provincial government to explore the candidates' profiles in the Express Entry pool and issue the nominations to the eligible candidates.
