Canada's work permits and PR differ from each other. Canada Work Permit is an official immigration document allowing foreign nationals to work in the country for certain time periods. Work permits provide temporary residency in Canada. There are different types of work permits, such as the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP), International Mobility Program (IMP), and Post-Graduation Work Permit Program (PGWP), with their eligibility criteria and requirements.
Canada PR is a visa granted to foreign nationals who are permanent residents, allowing them to reside, work, study, and access social benefits in Canada. The most common pathways to getting a PR in Canada are the Express Entry system, Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), and family sponsorship programs, each with its own eligibility criteria and application processes.
