Which Australian work visas lead to PR?

The following are the work visas in Australia that lead to PR:

• Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189): This visa is for skilled workers who meet the points-based criteria for skilled migration and are not sponsored by a state or territory government. 
• Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190): This visa is for skilled workers who have been nominated by an Australian state or territory government and meet the points-based criteria. 
• Regional Skilled Migration visa (subclass 491): This visa is for skilled workers who want to live and work in regional areas of Australia and have been nominated by a state or territory government. 
• Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482): Holders of this visa may be able to transition to permanent residency if their occupation is on the Core Skills Occupation List and they meet other requirements.
