No, you cannot bring your family to Australia on a Subclass 417 visa. A Subclass 417 visa is a temporary visa that allows one young national (18-30/35 years) to work, study, and visit Australia for one year. Once the first Work and Holiday visa expires, they can apply for a second and third Work and Holiday visa and stay in the country for three years.
A Subclass 417 visa does not allow family members or partners to come to Australia unless they apply for a separate visa. They cannot be included as members in the initial visa application.
