USA opens its doors for students from Philippines!

The United States of America, has decided to help the citizens of Philippines. Understanding that there are many courses that are unavailable for students to pursue in that country, the government of the United States has decided to help the students in their own way. With this as motive  US Department of State global network started a program  called EducationUSA.

It is advertized by as many as 400 international students coming from the advertizing centers of more than 170 countries around the world. To bring more student into the universities of the USA, roadshows are being used as a medium to help them understand the procedures of getting into the colleges of America.

The reason behind this invitation

The country aims at developing a multicultural atmosphere, making it a better learning experience for international students. This fact was revealed at the  EducationUSA forum that was held at the Ambassador’s Residence in Camp John Hay, Baguio City. Anyone planning to study in the USA, must know that there are 5 steps to reach this target.

The steps to reach the target

First, one must research the options that are available and follow this with financing the studies there. Next the application needs to be taken care of. It must be completed and submitted on time and finally prepare for departure. Those who are applying for the first time from Philippines, need not worry as there is 85 percent approval rate for students applying from there.

What else can you look forward to?

To provide further support to students EducationUSA has decided to provide a pre departure orientation that helps them understand the way of living in the United States of America. There are also opportunities for students to explore post graduate courses and other online courses. It may be interesting to note the online courses are free of cost.

Such initiations will be beneficial for students and countries around the world.
