Manitoba has 3 Provincial nomination programs; Skilled worker in Manitoba, International Education and Skilled worker overseas Stream. It has invited registered immigrants from any of the above three streams.
The province also issued 6381 LAAs (letters of advice to apply) for this year through any of the above three pathways.
Express Entry
15 of the 224 LAAs (Letter of Advice to Apply) were issued to candidates having a valid profile in the Federal Express Entry System.
The Canadian Express Entry System has complete managing control on the pool of Canada’s economic immigration classes; ‘Federal Skilled Trades Class’, ‘Federal Skilled Worker Class’ and ‘Canadian Experience Class’.
Qualifying candidates for the Express Entry System is based on the CRS scores (Comprehensive ranking system) where human capital factors like age, education, language skills and work experience are considered.
Candidates whose score is high can apply for the Canadian PR through draws from Express Entry.
600 extra points are awarded to all those who receive a Provincial nomination, who are certainly sent an invitation to apply from IRCC (Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada).
Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program considers candidates those who possess considerable work experience in demand occupations in Manitoba.
