The latest Canada Express Entry draw held on 19 September offered 3,500 ITAs for direct PR to candidates in the pool. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System / CRS score was 441.
The time and date for this draw for the tie-break were 6 September 2018 and 10.28.45 UTC. This implies all the applicants who scored more than 441 in CRS received the direct PR invites. Along with them, those who submitted their profiles prior to the specified time and date obtained the ITA. Their CRS scores were minimum 441, as quoted by the CIC News.
The latest draw size is larger than the numbers of ITAs that were offered at this time in 2017. The government of Canada was offering lesser than 3,000 ITAs during this time last year.
