With a tie-breaking rule applied by IRCC, Express Entry candidates that had a minimum CRS score of 357 points and were eligible for the CEC received invitations to apply. Provided, however, that they had entered their profile in the Express Entry pool of candidates prior to February 14, 2021 at 09:04:15 UTC.
