Canada visa

Aspiring overseas Canada Immigration applicants must avoid submitting fake documents in their visa application. It is a grave criminal offense to lie or submit fake documents to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada. This is a fraud and it is termed as ‘misrepresentation’.

Submitting fake documents can be in the form of forged or modified documents including:

  • Passports and journey documents
  • Visas
  • Apprenticeship or Trade papers, Degrees, and Diplomas
  • Certificates of marriage, birth, annulment, final divorce, separation, or death
  • Police certificates

If Canada immigration applicants offer false information in an application or in an interview with the officer of IRCC, this also is deemed to be a fraud. It is also a criminal offense, as quoted by the Canada CA.

Your visa application will be refused by the IRCC if you submit fake documents or data. It could also:

  • Ban your arrival in Canada for a minimum of 5 years
  • Label you a Permanent fraud with its records
  • Terminate your status as Canada PR holder or citizen
  • Charge you with committing a crime
  • Deport you from Canada

IRCC collaborates with its partners to keep a watch on the fake documents and equips its officers to detect the same. Its partners include Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Canada Border Services Agency.

Y-Axis does not deal with fake documents and has in place checks and audits to avoid the same. We never accept the case if the documents are forged.
