Express Entry BC, also referred to as EEBC, is for those immigration candidates that have a valid profile in the federal government of Canada’s Express Entry system.

To receive an invitation by the BC PNP through the EEBC, an immigration candidate would have to be registered with the British Columbia’s Skills Immigration Registration System [SIRS] as well as the federal Express Entry system.

Skills Immigration, or SI, is for skilled as well as semi-skilled workers that are in occupations in high demand in British Columbia. SI candidates only have to be registered with the SIRS.

Entrepreneur Immigration – Base Category: business managers or senior managers planning to invest in a business in the province of British Columbia. The candidates must also intend actively managing their BC business on a day-to-day basis.

Entrepreneur Immigration – Regional Pilot: specifically designed for attracting new businesses to the regional and comparatively smaller communities in British Columbia.
