Aspiring Australia immigration candidates must take note of the latest ACS update (Australian Computer Society). This is with respect to the modification to the Reference Declaration Formats.
ACS has updated its guidelines. The below content is now compulsory for all the reference declarations for Australia immigration:
“I can authenticate that (name of the applicant) performed the role and duties specified in this document. This is at the (firm name) and I was their (Manager, Colleague, Supervisor etc). I interacted with them and observed their work regularly through their tenure of employment”.
It must now be ensured that Australia immigration candidates must have the above content in all their reference declarations. They must accordingly prepare their documents, as quoted by the SBS. This is applicable for experience letters from the Managers or Supervisors who sign their declarations for reference.
Apart from this, the below Affidavits or Statutory Declarations are NOT appropriate, as it is already well known:
