I registered with Y-Axis to get an Australian permanent residency. It is a two step process and thanks to Y-Axis and Chaitanya (my process consultant) in particular, I have cleared the first step. He has been very helpful right from the start, giving me the information I need at the right time. His estimates about the Australian agency's turn around time also was spot on for the ACS clearance. I was provided with the application forms and sample templates of successful applicants, which were very helpful in making my own application. His response time to my queries also has been very good. All in all, I have had a pleasant experience so far - thanks to Chaitanya and Y-Axis.
