I was actually skeptical to approach a consultant for PR process with so much money involved with all the reviews i had read!When we signed up Ms. Pavithra was very helpful in giving the information and helping us out. Our process Consultant Mr. Naresh Kumar has been more than helpful during the process.He proactively takes responsibility and even calls to inform when he is going on leave and keeps us updated with all the news . Hopefully this continues.
