Foreign nationals willing to come to Canada as international students will be curious to know that all New Brunswick groups on that list are set by either New Brunswick Community College campuses or its equivalent, French-language College. The Quebec groups on the list either have or are near provincial community colleges and, in some cases, universities.

 

The student-run publication reports that Thetford Mines is the top pick. The average price of a home there is $172,189. All the groups in the list have home prices ranging from $282,364, with most under $200,000.
