The German Opportunity Card does not have an age limit. However, the Opportunity Card works on a points-based system where points are awarded on the basis of five main factors. The factors which determine the score of a German Opportunity Card applicant are:
Candidates aged below 35 years get 2 points, whereas applicants aged between 35 and 40 years score 1 point under the age factor of the Germany Opportunity Card Points Calculator.
