Salaries in Australia are increasing and this must delight aspiring overseas immigrants and professionals looking to immigrate to Australia. The Institute of Managers and Leaders will reveal the latest Australian Salary and Jobs trends in a Webinar session that will be held on June 4th. The session will be based on the results of the National Salary Survey – 2018(NSS).

 

This is the 54th year of the National Salary Survey. It is the most reliable and oldest source of the job market and salary data for HR professionals in Australia. The data will cover inputs from 25,000 plus Australian professionals. It offers special insights across 18 industries and for 250 job roles, as quoted by the Managers and Leaders AU.

 

The findings of the 2018 survey will offer details regarding the latest HR and remuneration scenario in Australia. The following themes will be covered:

  • Salaries that are increasing – Which sectors are offering a salary hike in Australia?
  • The path ahead: Forecast of trends for 2018
  • Pause the revolving door: How to retain the top talents?
