Uttarakhand youths land High-Demand jobs in Germany through the Government Skill Development Program

Highlights: 15 Youths employed under Uttarakhand Govt's Skill Development Scheme

  • 15 youths who were trained under Mukhya Mantri Kaushal Unnayan and Vaishvik Rojgar Yojana Scheme received Nursing jobs in Germany before completing the course.
  • Germany offered salaries up to 3.5 lakhs/month
  • Candidates will receive two-year work visas shortly.
  • Currently, they are doing B-2 training in German.

Uttarakhand Government's Skill Development Scheme

Fifteen women and men have benefitted from Uttarakhand's Skill development scheme. Youth trained under the Mukhya Mantri Kaushal Unnayan and the Vaishvik Rojgar Yojana received nursing jobs in Germany with a monthly pay of Rs. 3.5 lakh. The Uttarakhand government scheme offers affordable training courses at less than half the regular cost. The scheme does not encourage fraudulent activities, as government officials make the selections.
