South Australia has made changes to the status of some occupations for state sponsorship. These changes are applicable to both the Subclass 489 (Provisional) and Subclass 190 Visa.
Applicants aspiring for an Australia Visa should make note of these changes.
Below is the latest status of the occupations:
Offshore candidates can apply for the Subclass 489 visa only- VETASSESS
Offshore candidates can apply for the Subclass 489 visa only -VETASSESS
Subclass 489 visa only -VETASSESS
Offshore candidates can apply for the Subclass 489 visa only -AIMS
Offshore candidates can apply for the Subclass 489 visa only- VETASSESS
3 years' work experience in the field- AACA
Offshore candidates can apply for the Subclass 489 visa only- VETASSESS
Offshore candidates can apply for the Subclass 489 visa only- VETASSESS
Offshore candidates can apply for the Subclass 489 visa only- TRA
You cannot apply for state sponsorship under an occupation where “Special Conditions Apply”. You may only do so if you meet the special requirements.
Effective 1st July 2019, if you are scoring 80 points or above, you may apply for an occupation where “Special Conditions Apply”. You may also do the same for an occupation on the Supplementary List, as per Immigration SA.
It is also very important to note that occupations which are under the status Available/Low Available may close at any point in time.
