A number of overseas students are choosing to study at Atlantic Canada as studying in this region has obvious and several advantages. It is located on the east coast of Canada being surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean.

Atlantic Canada is made up of 4 provinces -Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. These four provinces are an amazing destination for lovers of nature. Having spectacular natural landscapes, they are surrounded by the stunning Atlantic Ocean.

Out of the top ten schools, half of them that are 5 are located in the Atlantic region of Canada.

Overseas students in the Atlantic region of Canada have amazing experiences. The campuses here have a very high quality of life apart from offering exceptional educational programs. A survey was held by the Association of Atlantic Universities in 2016. It revealed that 87% of the graduates who passed out from this region were happy with their education.

Earlier in 2017, it was announced by the Association of Atlantic Universities that 65% of the overseas students would choose to stay in the Atlantic region of Canada. This was in the scenario of having immigration options upon graduation.
