Three OINP streams are linked with the Express Entry system – (1) Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream, (2) French-Speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) stream, and (3) Skilled Trades (ST) stream.

What is the Human Capital Priorities stream of Ontario PNP?
The HCP stream provides foreign workers – with the required education, work experience, and language abilities – the opportunity to apply to live and work in Ontario as permanent residents. A valid profile in the Express Entry system of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will be needed. You can apply only if you get a Notification of Interest (NOI) letter from the OINP.

To be considered for the latest OINP draw, an Express Entry candidate must have had their CRS score between 464-467, along with work experience in any of the targeted occupations.

All available occupations in the Canadian labour market are classified as per unique four-digit codes allotted based on the National Occupational Classification (NOC) code.
