Dmitry Medvedev, Russian Prime Minister, said that their country would be introducing online visa application for foreign nationals’ disembarking at the Free Port of Vladivostok.
He added that through online application obtaining of visas will become much simpler.
Medvedev was quoted by the TASS as saying that it would be enough to file an application on an exclusive website for four days before the entry date. Here, visa fees would be not levied.
With a visa, a visitor would be able to move about without any restrictions within the Free Port of Vladivostok’s territory, said Medvedev
He said that this move would help boost business contacts and improve the inflow of tourists from other countries.
A new special economic zone has been created in the Free Port of Vladivostok, which includes fifteen municipalities, south of Primorsky Krai.
