Manitoba issues 347 invites in the newest draw

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program conducted its newest draw on 12^th September.  The draw invited 347 skilled workers and international students to apply for a provincial nomination.

In less than a month, the MPNP has issued over 700 invitations under the following streams:

• Skilled Workers in Manitoba
• International Education Stream
• Skilled Workers Overseas

Manitoba has issued 6,157 invitations so far in 2019 though all the above three sub-streams.

45 invitations out of the 347 were issued to Express Entry candidates.

254 invites went to the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream. Skilled foreign workers and foreign students already working in a full-time, permanent job in Manitoba can apply under this category.

The candidate with the lowest score in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream had a score of 545.

53 invitations were issued by the MPNP under the Skilled Workers Overseas category. These candidates were invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative, as per CIC News.

The lowest-scoring candidate in the Skilled Workers Overseas category had a score of 706.

40 invitations were issued by the MPNP under the International Education Stream.

There are three sub-categories under the International Education Stream:

• Graduate Internship Pathway
• Career Employment Pathway
• Student Entrepreneur Pathway
