Mexico consists of 31 physically and socially diverse states, along with the Federal District. Each year, many international students come to the U.S. and Canada. Can I travel to Mexico on my Canadian student visa? As per the Embassy of Mexico in India, the holders of the following DO NOT require a Mexican visa for travelling to the country for purposes of tourism, transit, or business for 180 days or less, provided they have the required documents at the point of entry –
Do keep in mind that your visa for any of the above must needs be of multiple entry. However, even if you have any of the above, you might be denied entry into Mexico just the same. Granting or denying anyone entry into the territory of Mexico is the sole prerogative of the immigration authorities at the point of entry into Mexico. Their decision will be final in this regard.
