Canada Manitoba province has offered fresh Letters of Advice to Apply to skilled overseas workers in the 50th draw held on 14 September. 432 LAAs were offered by the MPNP through 2 streams - Skilled Overseas Workers and Manitoba Skilled Workers. 82 LAAs were offered to those candidates who were directly invited by the MPNP. This is under the Initiative for Strategic Recruitment. The score of the lowest ranked invited candidate was 709.

200 LAAs were also offered to the candidates in the category Manitoba Skilled Workers, as quoted by the CIC News. The score of the lowest ranked invited candidate was 721.
The selected candidates had indicated that they are engaged in a regulated job. They were also licensed fully to work in Manitoba. Meanwhile, MPNP may also refuse full applications or accept them. This is for those applicants who are actually not engaged in an occupation that is regulated. It could also be for those who fail to offer evidence of having undergone required licensing steps for working in Canada.
