As of July 7, 2025, Canada has raised the proof of funds required for applicants under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). This increase aims to ensure that newcomers have sufficient financial resources to support themselves and their families upon arrival in Canada.
Below is the updated table showing the new financial requirements for the Express Entry program:
