IRCC held 42 Express Entry Draws in 2023 and issued 109,391 ITAs. Canada exceeded the express entry target. Generally, it planned to invite 82,500 ITAs per the Canada Immigration levels plan 2023-24. But till December 2023 it invited 109,391 ITAs due to the huge workforce demands.
