British Columbia sends out 80 invites in the latest Tech draw

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program invited 80 candidates in the latest Tech draw held on 3^rd March. Invitations were issued under both the Express Entry and Skills Immigration sub-streams.

The minimum cut-off score for all four streams below was 90 points:

• SI-Skilled Worker
• SI-International Graduate
• Express Entry BC- Skilled Worker
• Express Entry BC- International Graduate

Since its inception in 2017, the BC Tech Pilot has been extended until 2020.

• You must have a job offer in any one of the eligible tech occupations
• The duration of your job offer must be at least one year
• Your employment offer must be valid for at least 120 days at the time of applying

A provincial nomination is worth 600 points in the Comprehensive Ranking System of the Federal Express Entry Program. Candidates who obtain a provincial nomination are guaranteed an ITA to apply for Permanent Residence of Canada.
